The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the main attractions and shopping areas. the staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere after a long day of exploring the city.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The location was fantastic, with two metro stops nearby and plenty of conveniences within walking distance. The hotel was away from the noisy places, ensuring a peaceful and quiet environment. Additionally, the hotel was right beside the metro, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, able to communicate in English when my Spanish fell short.

I had a lovely stay at a hotel in the centre. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I particularly enjoyed having a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring all the main sights, with Plaza Mayor and Sol just a short walk away. The hotel also had a good breakfast buffet and the Wi-Fi in the room was fast. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel. my stay was enjoyable and I would definitely stay here again.
